Dichrolam is a very complex and dynamic composite laminate. Essentially, it is what opal would look like as laminated sheets. Even though it appears metallic, there is no metal in its composition. The appearance is the result of the dichroic core film, and the ensuing interactions between the reflected wavelengths of light. It appears to change colors as you look at it from different angles, making for some pretty eye-catching grips.
 
Please note: Depending on your bushings, these grips may require O-rings in order to be screwed down tightly to the frame.
