IS MAMMOTH IVORY LEGAL?
Mammoth have been extinct for approximately 10,000 years. As such, they are not considered to be endangered species and mammoth ivory is generally not regulated, providing an ethical alternative to elephant ivory, which is banned worldwide. Mammoth are very well preserved in permafrost, and their fossilized remains are mined from the ground.
WHY DON'T YOU SHIP TO MY STATE?
We do not ship to CA, HI, IL, NJ, NV, NY or D.C. because mammoth ivory is banned in those states.
DO YOU SHIP TO OTHER COUNTRIES?
We ship worldwide, except to India, where mammoth ivory has been banned. It is the buyer's responsibility to know the local laws governing mammoth ivory use (if such exist) and take care of import duties and regulations (if such exist in your country).
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns are accepted. If you wish to return an item you purchased, please contact us within 60 days of receiving it. If your items arrive broken, we will issue a full refund or offer you a comparable item in exchange.

CAN I PURCHASE MATERIALS AND HAVE THEM SHIPPED STRAIGHT TO A MAKER RATHER THAN MY HOME ADDRESS?
Absolutely, we do that all the time. Just put in your maker's address as shipping address and we'll send your purchase there.
I PURCHASED MATERIALS FROM SOMEONE ELSE AND DON'T LIKE THEM,
CAN YOU REFUND ME FOR THEM?
No, you should talk to whoever you bought them from.
I SOAKED THE SCALES I PURCHASED IN DIESEL FUEL FOR THREE DAYS AND DON'T LIKE HOW THEY LOOK NOW, CAN I GET A REFUND?
Because you soaked them in diesel fuel, they are no longer in the same condition that you received them in, and can't be returned.
I PURCHASED MATERIALS FROM SOMEONE ELSE, DO YOU HAVE THE TRACKING NUMBER?
We do not.
DO YOU SELL SCRAPS?

I LIVE IN THE EUROPEAN UNION AND MY COUNTRY HAS REALLY HIGH IMPORT DUTIES, CAN YOU FILE A FALSE CUSTOMS DECLARATION SO I PAY LOWER TAXES?
NO. Please don't drag us into your unlawful schemes.
I MADE A PURCHASE THREE WEEKS AGO AND JUST NOW REALIZED THAT I GAVE YOU THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS. THE TRACKING NUMBER SAYS MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED TWO WEEKS AGO. CAN YOU CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS AND HAVE USPS DELIVER IT TO ME?
No. All orders are shipped to the shipping address you specified when you placed your order. We have no way of knowing that you moved to a different state six years ago, and there is nothing we can do once your order has been delivered to the address you specified.
